The GEN 2 TAP-TiTAN™ will function well on ANY BRAND OR MODEL of bow that has a removable Cable Slide that travels along (during the draw cycle) a rounded Cable Guard Rod.

NO RETUNING required (in most cases), same arrow POI (Point of Impact) as factory cable slides.   

  • The Cable Slide frame is made from one solid piece of expertly machined grade 5 Titanium - which is MUCH STRONGER than aluminum factory versions. Factory Cable Slides have been known to occasionally fracture and break apart while the bow is being drawn or shot (see photo below). This breakage cannot occur with our product given the high strength to density ratio of Titanium Alloy. 

  • The TAP-TiTAN™ GEN 2 will function well on ANY BRAND OR MODEL of bow that has a removable Cable Slide that travels along (during the draw cycle) a rounded Cable Guard Rod.

  • **_Functions best overall with Served Cables but has been designed to be used with NON-Served Cables as well!

Slide bar scratches

I bought the Gen2 slider and after shooting about 30 arrows there a bunch of scratches on the top and bottom of my slide bar. I thought the Gen2 was made to stop this.

Hello James, I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the cable slide, this is not at all typical for this product!

If there are scratches on the cable guard rod then something isn't functioning quite right. This matter can be influenced by a number of factors including the angle of the cable guard rod and tightness of the cables along with how much gap there is between the Titanium frame and the small rollers (this can be adjusted via the Titanium Axle screws). The brand and model of bow the slide is being used on can also be a relevant factor as well. Please call me Monday through Friday 8am-4pm Eastern to discuss the problem. 717-814-9169

Gen 2 Titan

It’s an impressive update from the original design. It fits well , works as it should and the critical points that the original had potential failure points all have been addressed. It’s a robust well made unit. Honestly it should be standard on any bow.

Really Smoooth but requires tuning

The roller guard makes shooting 27s on a blade much easier however the dimensions dont match my cable slide and shortened my draw length a little.

Great products like usual

The Gen 2 roller looks very nice and am sure it will perform as well. The black TAP rest screws are also nice. Put one on my Mach 1 right away.
