Orders of TAP manufactured products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)unless the customer selects United Parcel Service (UPS) which we do offer as an option at checkout.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (TAP Manufactured Products)

All TAP MANUFACTUREDproducts are offered with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to mean that TAP will REPAIR, REPLACE or REFUND any product found to have a MECHANICAL DEFECTwhich it impairs its ability to FUNCTION AS DESIGNED - (REFUNDS ONLY OFFERED WITHIN 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE).
All warranty claims must be initiated by the end user. The end user will responsible for return shipping charges and for contacting TAP to arrange for the return of mechanically defective products.
