After reading many good reviews, I decided to buy the rope stops and cable rollers to use them on a PSE SupraX 40 and a PSE SupraX 37.
The conclusion regarding the stops is that they are clearly stronger than the originals. The same goes for the screw that holds it in place and the screws on the opening module. these stops do not bend and the screws are not damaged. I do not notice any difference in the smoothness of opening when measuring power, nor do I notice any difference However, when measuring speed, doing twice the average speed of 12 arrows, it is noticeable that with the roller it is an average of about 2.5 fps, but the measurements are more stable than with the skate. In other words, with the skate the variation was about 6 fps and with the roller about 3 fps, but the averages were always higher with the roller. So much for the positives, now for the negatives:
although the screws are lighter, the stops are much heavier, so the whole thing weighs more. They have the same defect as the originals, which is that they have a small amount of play in the pin, which
the stopper not to turn when the screw is tightened, and as with the originals, one goes one way and the other goes the other way when tightened, so one stopper contacts the string on the top side and the other on the bottom side.
As for the rollers, I bought some with a cosmetic flaw, but the flaw is a clear amount of play in one of the roller's ratios. I suppose with a good one, the smoothness will be greater. Then there is the price, which is clearly more expensive than the competition, but if you add the very expensive shipping costs (with insurance, of course) and customs in Spain, it has cost me twice as much as in the US. Regarding the firmness of the stop when opening, I would say that it is harder, but it is not like changing to a Hoyt.
Well, I leave you with my honest opinion; you decide if it is worth the expense. Greetings from Spain.
