my apologies for the problems you've experienced with your cable guard rod, this is highly unusual and not indicative of what our products are designed to do. I will be calling you today to discuss.
In regard to the email, I have an auto reply set for ALL emails so you would have been sent one of those. In the auto reply is information about how to contact me via phone and text. I run TAP entirely on my own and replying to each individual email has just become too time consuming.
